Cut them up into even sized pieces boil for 5 mins
Drain and put in a rosting pam drizzle in olive oil and rost in a preheated oven 190c for about 45 - 60mins or until going slightly brown and crispy you will need to turn them a few times during cookingSweet potatoe recipe?
