Anyone have a good crowd pleaser grilled sweet potatoe recipe?

I always roast mine in the oven first for about an hour. Take them out, split them, then toss them on the grill for about 5 minutes to get those nice grill markings on them. Serve them with butter and brown sugar cinnamon.Anyone have a good crowd pleaser grilled sweet potatoe recipe?
Grilled Sweet Potatoes

INGREDIENTS:

4 medium sweet potatoes

1/2 cup melted butter

3 tablespoons brown sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

PREPARATION:

Cup sweet potatoes into 3/4 inch slices. Bring 3 quarts of water to a boil and add potatoes. Simmer until potatoes are just starting to soften. Cool and peal. Combine butter, brown sugar and cinnamon, brush over potatoes. Place Potato slices on preheated grill over a medium low heat and cook for about 10 to 15 minutes, turning once. When the sweet potatoes as soft through the middle and browned on the surface they are ready.

Hope this helps! :)Anyone have a good crowd pleaser grilled sweet potatoe recipe?
Grill 'em. Peel. One inch dice. Add lemon juice enough so that the pieces are moist after, paprika, salt. dash of sugar and some cumin powder(exotic spice)! Add all these according to taste. I add enough till all pieces are coated and still moist. A dash of sweet tamarind sauce(if you can lay you hands on some)...Walmart carries the sweet kind...then you are tops. Always wins at my parties!
