BEST EVER MUSHROOM SCALLOPED POTATOES





8 cups thinly sliced %26amp; peeled potatoes


1 large onion


1 tablespoon butter/garlic butter


8-12 large fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced


2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup


1 cup milk (skim, 1%, 2%)


1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese


sea salt, to taste


freshly ground pepper, to taste


paprika, to taste





Combine soup, milk and spices in a bowl. Saut茅 thinly sliced onion rings in 1 tablespoon butter.


Lightly oil a casserole dish or glass lasagna pan with olive oil.





Arrange potatoes in a single layer in bottom of dish. Drizzle soup mixture over top.





Arrange onions and mushrooms. Sprinkle cheese over each layer.





Continue to layer in this manner until all ingredients are used up.





Bake at 375掳F for approximately 1 hour or until potatoes reach desired texture.





For a crispy top layer, uncover during the last 10-15 minutes of cooking time.Does anyone know any good potatoe recipes?
Peel them potatoe. Cut it into small cube shapes. Coat with butter. Cover with a mixture of bread crumbs orageno, and parmisian cheese. Bake until golden brown.
aloo chutney peel 2 medium potatoes boil them 1/2 chopped onion little bit of chopped fresh corriander 1 finely chopped fresh chilli 2 tablespoon mustard oil pinch of salt mash potatoe and mix it all together it is nice with toast or butterd bread

Anyway, those are some of my favorites...Good luck!
Slice some pototoes and cook until done.


Then put in a baking dish, along with a can of mushroom soup, mix together and put some grated cheese on top.


cook for about 30 min on 350.





If you like onions you can add that to the the pototoes

I'm constantly making ';Garden Stuffed Potatoes';





Take the desired amount of potatoes and put them in the microwave or oven (Just so that the inside gets soft) for about 10 minutes.


Cut the potatoes in half.


Scoop the inside out, but be careful not to ruin the shell or outside. (You will need them later)


When the potato filling is in the bowl, add the following ingredients...


Desired amounts of....


minced or chopped garlic


ranch dressing


chopped broccoli


sauteed onions


Mix the ingredients with the potato pulp





Coat the outside of the potato shell with oil.


Scoop the desired amount of potato into the shells.


Bake in oven at 400 degrees or 15- 20 minutes
Balsamic %26amp; Basil Roasted Potatoes








Ingredients


8 - 10 diced red potatoes


1 diced yellow bell pepper


1 diced orange bell pepper


2 diced medium onions


1/2 cup Balsamic %26amp; Basil Dipping Oil


1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese





Directions


Combine first 4 ingredients; drizzle with Balsamic %26amp; Basil Dipping Oil. Toss. Place in large baking pan. Bake at 375掳 for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with cheese before serving. Makes 8-10 servings.

this may sound boring but these are the best Roast Potatoes in the world. Par boil potatoes for about 10 mins. Transfer to a baking dish, drizzle liberally with vegetable oil and roast at 425 until golden brown, turning once during cooking.. Probably take about 30 -45 mins depending on the size of the potato.





Regular potatoe (cubed), sweet potato (cubed), onion (diced) and garlic cloves(tossed in whole), toss with some olive oil and bake until golden brown .. yummers
This recipe will knock your socks off!! It is SO GOOD, you won't believe it. The sour cream and sharp cheddar add some tang to it, and the cream cheese gives it that yummy cheesy consistency!! Very good as a side dish for any main dish meat or BBQ!!





Creamy Cheesy Potatoes


serves 8





6 potatoes, peeled and chopped into small cubes


1 can cream of chicken soup, or a little over 1 cup of homemade


1/2 cup sour cream


4 ounces (1/2 package) cream cheese


3/4 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese


1/4 cup sliced scallions


1/4 cup milk


3 tablespoons fresh Italian parsley, chopped


3 cloves garlic, minced


1 teaspoon salt


1/2 teaspoon pepper





In a large saucepan cook potatoes, covered, in enough boiling salted water to cover for 10 to 12 minutes or until tender. Drain and rinse with cold water.





Mix the soup, sour cream, and cream cheese. Stir in the grated cheese, green onions, milk, garlic, and salt and pepper. Stir in the cooked potatoes. Transfer mixture to a 2-quart rectangular baking dish.





Bake in a 350潞F oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until heated through.
The Best Potatoes I Have Ever Made Were Diced Into cubes Then Put In An Oven Tray With 'Knorr Aromat' and Vegatable or Olive Oil. Check On Them A Few Times And Keep Turning Them Over. They Are Best Served With Roast Chicken.





Or





Boil Some Potatoes with A Little Oil And cover Them With Cheese Sauce And Roast In The Oven For A Bit.
