Anyone have a good recipe for potatoe chip cookies?

I want to make these with all my christmas candy and cookies and havent had them in years. Thanks in advanceAnyone have a good recipe for potatoe chip cookies?
These are reallly good!





INGREDIENTS


1 cup butter or margarine, softened


1/2 cup sugar


3/4 cup crushed ridged potato chips


1/2 cup ground pecans


1 teaspoon vanilla extract


2 cups all-purpose flour


DIRECTIONS


In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Stir in potato chips and pecans. Add vanilla; mix well. Stir in flour just until dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl and forms a ball. Shape into 1-in. balls; place 2 in. apart on greased baking sheets. Flatten with a glass dipped in flour. Bake at 350 degrees F for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned.Anyone have a good recipe for potatoe chip cookies?

Potato Chip Cookies





INGREDIENTS





* 1/2 cup butter, softened


* 1/4 cup brown sugar


* 1/4 cup white sugar


* 1/2 cup applesauce


* 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour


* 1/3 cup rolled oats


* 3/4 cup chopped almonds


* 3/4 cup crushed plain potato chips





DIRECTIONS





1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.


2. In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and white sugar until smooth. Mix in applesauce. Stir in the flour and oats, then mix in the almonds and potato chips. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets.


3. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
