Need crockpot scalloped potatoe recipe?

I don't want to use canned ';cream of'; soups, just want regular scalloped potatoes and then can have cheddar or parm. cheese in them or plain. Thanks!Need crockpot scalloped potatoe recipe?
Crockpot Scalloped Potatoes





Ingredients:





6 russet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/8'; slices


1 onion, finely chopped


2 cloves garlic, minced


10 oz. can cream of onion soup


2/3 cup evaporated milk


1/4 tsp. salt


1/8 tsp. pepper


1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves





Directions:





Layer potatoes, onions and garlic in 3-5 quart crockpot. In large bowl, combine soup, milk, salt and pepper and mix to combine. Pour over potatoes and vegetables in crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours or until potatoes are tender. Serves 8.Need crockpot scalloped potatoe recipe?

3 tablespoons butter


1/4 cup all-purpose flour


1 tsp. salt


1/8 tsp. pepper


1 1/2 cups milk


1 to 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese


5 medium potatoes, thinly sliced





PREPARATION:


Turn potatoes into a buttered slow cooker. Combine butter, flour, salt and pepper together in saucepan over medium low heat. Whisk in milk gradually until no lumps remain. Heat and stir until bubbly and thickened.


Stir in cheese to melt. Put sliced potatoes in crockpot; pour cheese sauce over. Cover and cook on low 5 to 7 hours.

CROCK POT SCALLOPED POTATOES





Low - 8 hours, High - 4 hours. ';Layer'; sliced potatoes, onions, butter, flour (lightly sprinkled) and salt and pepper as you would for an oven dish. Pour 1 can of evaporated milk and 1 cup water along sides of crock pot.





*With Ham - Layer chunks of ham into layers of sliced potatoes. Pour 1 can of evaporated milk and 1 cup water along sides of crock pot. (Fluid should be two-thirds up side of pot.) Cover and cook.





**With Pork Chops - On top of layered potatoes, put 6 or less chops. Mix 1 can evaporated milk with 1 can of mushroom soup (season with onions, oregano, salt and pepper to your taste); pour mixture over chops and cook, covered.
